Authentic Bihar-style Litti Chokha featuring wheat flour balls stuffed with spiced sattu (roasted gram flour), baked over coal fire, and served with rustic mashed vegetables (chokha) made from chargrilled Brinjal, tomatoes, and potatoes, seasoned with aromatic spices, mustard oil, and fresh herbs.

Flavorful whole wheat flatbreads stuffed with a savory mixture of sattu (roasted gram flour), finely chopped onions, green chilies, coriander, and a blend of traditional spices. Served with homemade yogurt and pickle.
